Good Morning. Today is day 1 for me. I have done MRC in the past and have the yellow, blue and green menus for Meta-Slim. Days 1-4 are very hard for me to stay on plan -- espeically when I am not going to weigh twice a week. Anyone ready to do this with me? I could use a buddy!!

I moved and lost my menu's and cookbook, I'm gonna try to just remember the best I can because there is no center close to me
