Thank you ladies! I saw my primary care doctor today and got the preliminary results (which I already knew). My visit to the GYN is Thursday @ 9am. I got the note for MRC to put my plan on hold so that will take me back to 1/20 as my last WI date.
I'm going to *try* my best to eat sensibly, but like many of you have commented, I'm also an emotional eater and pretty much want to eat everything in sight. I think part of it is b/c I'm hiding this from my parents and children and my hubby is very clingy and worried for me! :) LOL..it's great to be loved, but hard to be smothered when you're worried enough yourself. You all are great.. Thank you SO much for your kinds words and encouragement. |
I'm a newbie but wanted to share that I got to sign the 20 lb. lost board today! Just 10 to go. Rocki - you and your family will be in my prayers. I do enjoy reading all of the posts.

Morning all!! Feeling a bit tired this morning but overall...great. Excited for our trip to see Dave Ramsey this weekend and decided I'm NOT going to indulge in pizza or anything else. Find a good place with chicken or steak or salmon. I'm feeling pretty empowered, especially with the end in sight. For those of you just starting, I know it seems like a huge mountain to climb...for me I never thought I'd lose...and with sticking to it, it felt good so I stuck with it more. The biggest thing was being honest with myself (writing down EVERYTHING I ate, even if it was one bite of cheesecake, which only happened once...but it was a big point for me to be honest about everything). And now I'm nearly there. going tonight to try on clothes at a friend's house. She's willing to lend me some clothes for a few months so I don't have to buy any until I feel that where I am is where I'll stay (she's pregnant and doesn't need them). Perfect.
