My consultant gave me this,thought I would share,although I sked about the 2 different veg's as I am on the green menu.
BREAKFAST... Supplement
2 eggs omlet w/1 oz cheese OR 3 egg whites scrambled w/1oz cheese.
10 AM.-NOON.....4-6 oz white turkey meat
8 oz salad
4 oz cooked veg's
1/4 cup dressing,MRC
1/4 cup cranberry relish or sauce(optional)
DESSERT........... Pumkin pie (see below)
OR
Baked apple MRC
OR
fruit compote MRC
DINNER............4 oz white turkey meat
4 oz cooked veg
supplement(optional)
Evening............Supplement
Pumpkin Pie
1 pkt vanilla supplement
1 slice 40 calorie bread,rolled thin,toasted
1/2 cup summer squash,peeled ,chopped,cooked
1/4 tsp. pumkin pie spice
1-2 pkts artificail sweetner
1 egg
2 oz cottage cheese,1% fat
4oz water
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
spray baking dish(custard cup) with pam
place bread in dish
Blend remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour over"crust" (bread)
and bake for 10-15 minutes or until solid. One serving
