Just wanted to say I am so glad there is a group fro MRC!
I did MRC in 2008 and lost 23 pounds! unfortunately after getting the depo provera birth control I gained it all and more! :( I'm an army wife and we are back in colorado! i decided to do this again and do it for me and stick with it for a long time!! :) I started monday and for my first weigh on wednesday in I didn't lose anything sad day! but this last weigh in yesterday I had lost two pounds! yay! :carrot:
so here is to more pounds and inches lost!! :hat: :D
