I started my pre-conditioning Saturday and go in this coming Friday for my first class. Really looking forward to getting some help with my weight loss problem. Glad I found a forum for added support.

Thanks for the warm welcome. DZackery I live in a small town called Crestview up in the Panhandle. Between Pensacola and Destin. Most people have heard of one of those two places.

I've had lots of questions from the start. My consultation took almost and hour and half because I've had so many. And any time I think of one I call. Trying to do this right and not mess it up.
