Meta-Boost Menu

Hi-

I am desperately looking for the Meta-Boost menu. I am currently on the Meta Slim but I am wanting to lose weight more quickly for an upcoming trip to the beach in May. Can anyone tell me more about the Meta Boost plan please?:)

Razorbackbritt 04-07-2011 08:51 PM

I have never heard of Meta boost. I have heard of metaslim, metabalance, metaquick, and metaprotein. Do you go to a center? If so, you should ask them about it.

I have never heard of this with MRC. I have heard of a weight loss formula called MetaBoost, that one takes to make one feel full. This formula is not related to MRC.

Wish I could help, but I'm not familiar with it either.

We have it at my center, but not sure what the menu is like for sure. I do know that at one of the cooking classes a client was on meta boost & she couldn't eat the starch we had. She also said that she was always hungry. It sounded like it was more protein, less or no starch and that's all I know for sure. Sorry I couldn't be anymore help.

I inquired with a friend who used to work at a MRC. I dont know the specifics but you eat the bars and meal replacment shakes for breakfast and lunch then a regular MetaSlim type meal at night...

That's the Meta-Quick menu. I'm doing that one now.

Me too...right. TOO Many meta...this and that. But I have read some about Metaquick on another thread. You're right... you just eat a protein bar or protein shake and HNS for breakfast. Then the same for lunch. At dinner you eat your regular menu plan. Supposed to jump start a plateau or something. But you can only do this 7 days out of a month. If i didn't get this right someone please jump in and correct me. :dizzy:

Does anyone know if there is an official copy of the metaquick menu on this forum? Where? Thanks so much.

I want to get on the Metaquick. I would LOVE to eat the bars for breakfast and lunch and then a regular plan dinner.

I'm going to ask Rachel tomorrow if I can have it for a week.

I just started this today - you can only have it 3-4 days at a time and no more than 7 days in a month. I figured if it worked though - I would plan on doing it on the weekend every few weeks to "shock" my system into continuing loss.

Good luck!

Meta Quick did NOTHING for me. I am carb sensitive (so says my center) and did Meta Quick for a full 7 days (we were trying to bust a plateau) and only lost .5

My center told me never to do it again! ha! Just a warning that its not always a great thing for everyone.

Meta-boost

I just signed back on with MRC and since I only have 10-15 lbs to lose, they put me on Metaboost.

Basically, it removes all of the carbs but fruit for 30 days. It's gonna be rough, but for 30 days, I think I can do it...

brainsgirl 08-18-2011 09:06 PM

Is metaboost new? I too have 10-15 to lose. So iis it basically like the green meta slim menu without the starches at breakfast and dinner? Any creamies? More of anything else? Pretty low calorie if so. Inquring minds want to know ! :0 Nothing I'm doing seems to be working. I resigned 5 weeks ago and down about TWP POUNDS!!! Frustrating!!

I am reading ultra metabolism by mark Hyman.
It tells you how to detox yourself and how to increase your metabolism.
You may want to read it.
