Thanks for the encouragement and the suggestion. I am on the 2-meal plan and this is the first week I have felt hungry at all - but TOM was here and that seems to have a huge impact on my appetite. I think I will ask about suggestions for next month and even mention the idea of salmon once or twice during that week. Spring Cleaning..
I went for my massage this morning.. it was an hour of greatness! Then went to Acadamy Sports and bought a new pair of walking shoes. And off to Walmart I went.. in my new kicks. I was running late for my morning snack so I went to the deli and had a couple of slices of the lower sodium chicken breast sliced and ate that when I finished shopping. Now.. I'm going to clean!

Problems with leg/foot cramps?
In the past month, I have been having some leg/feet cramps at night. Anyone else experiencing this while on MRC? I have been on MRC for over five months. I am wondering if I need more potasium. My multi-vitamin has 80 mg of potasium. Those of you on the MRC mult-vitamin, can you tell me how much potasium is in it?
