Brand new to MRC and to 3FC
I just started MRC this is my first "week" past my prep week and no loss on day three has anyone else run into this their first week? I did go in a weigh
in and I am actually up in weight but lost 2.5 percent in my bmi...... I am trying not to get discouraged but its still hard, I don't normally have problems with losing even in my first weeks on any program, I just hope my body isn't in starvation mode, lol.... going to keep up the faith that this is just a pause before a drop!!! the Center I go to says I am a "type b" body meaning it holds on to everything.... go figure!!! :dizzy::dizzy::) Any words of advice and encouragement would be so very awesome.... they went ahead and switched me to the green menu and told me to skip the blue, my body apparently has a rougher time going thru detox, so I started on the green menu last night at dinner, got on the scale this morning and finally a 2 lb loss!! I will take it.... :) I don't plan to give up I want to get the weight back off I put on this year and this time I am going to keep it off!!! |
