lent challenge
so instead of giving up something for lent, i am committing to mrc to lose the last 15lbs. i need some help, i only have the green menu from my first time around. i need the yellow and blue or can someone just type out what to eat at what meal and for how many days. i want to start wednesday!!!! i'm excited and ready to 100% recommit. if anyone would be willing to take the time to send it to me i would appreciate it.
