Metabolic Meal Plans

I would like to start the program but right now the $$ is a factor, I was wondering if anyone has copies of the Meal plans they would be willing to share? Beginning with the Pre-Conditioning until the Maintance Phase. They would be GREATLY appreciated !:D

Did you check out the MRC Menu thread? Click on the paper clip and it will show you all the attachments.

There's a thread called "MRC Menus", about 7 or 8 from the top and if you look over to the right side of the middle column you'll see a paperclip.
