Another Newbie
Have room for one more? I recently found this board and the counselors at MRC thinks it may be just what I need.
I'm actually an MRC vet. I hit my goal weight before, but when I got into a skiing accident on my honeymoon and I started traveling for work, the pounds started creeping up again. I was in the process of losing the weight again in 2009 when I got pregnant. Woohoo! However, I had a difficult pregnancy (complete with 6 weeks hospital bedrest) and let's just say that the in spite of trying to lose the weight in 2010, my head just wasn't in it. So, here we go again! I'm ready to lose the baby weight!!! Happy Friday!!! :) |

Your story sounds very similar to mine! Welcome back! I hope that this time around, it works for you. I am currently having trouble with "my head being in it" right now! Can't find my motivation and have to keep starting over! Good luck to us all! |

Love it! I was in "baby jail" too-on bed rest for a month before he was born! Yep, the weight just packed back on, and as glad as I am to have him, I am not happy with the weight. And yes, it is my very own fault! I did NOT have to eat everything in sight. I had a much better day yesterday and saw some results on the scale this morning, so that is keeping me motivated today. Gotta do this just one day at a time, I guess!
