Some Questions From Someone Considering This Program..

Hello all,

First, I know I need to study a consultation, but wanted to get a few questions answered before taking time out of my busy schedule to go in.

Has anyone done this program that was just trying to lose about 15lbs (or around there)? Did you find it successful? I lost about 70 something pounds and then recently gained 15 of it back and for the life of me those won't come back off.

Also, can someone give me a ballpark price on what this program costs (coming from a nearly broke college student lol)?

Thank you!

Cost depends on how much you have to lose and how long it will take to lose it. For just 15 pounds, you could easily do the 10 weeks...which I think is abot $75-99 depending on if they are running a sale. You will also need t buy some vitamins and such that they require (but you can buy them at your own drugstore if you want) and protien drinks from them for about $50 a week.

Whatever you do, don't let them talk you into the HCG program. Its unhealthy....it will sound enticing....but do it the healthy way with a food program.

Actually, disregard her last statement above, as I've done that program and it's not unhealthy like the traditional Simeon HCG program. But for 15 lbs, that's not something you'd want to consider anyway. (I just hate all the judgment towards it when people really don't know anything about it)

But yes, for about $99 you could enroll, plus you'd need your drinks which are around $150 or so a month (the HNS's). You don't NEED to take any of the supplements, but you should take a multi-vitamin and fish oil.

I did look into the HCG program, for what its worth. My doctor said eating that low of calories on top of an artificial hormone was unhealthy. But if its working for you and you feel comfortable with it, then go for it.

It's actually only about 50-100 cal less/day than the traditional meta slim program :) (800 cal/day)

Thank you both! I'm going to schedule a consult once I can fit it in with school
