So I weighed in today. It was my second time this week. I was there on Monday too. On Monday my ketones were really high on the color chart so the consultant I was with then said we would just check them when I come back and she thought if I amped up my water intake that might dilute them. So I went in today and it was still way to high. The consultant today (a different one) gave me the ketone sticks to take home so that I can keep track of it and then she also told me to add fruit at breakfast. I'm on the green menu now. I can't help but wonder if its something I'm doing though. I'm showing weight loss but I don't understand why my ketones are so high. I'm going to track it over the next few days and add the fruit like she suggested and hopefully it will be lower the next time I weigh in!
