Allergies & Supplements?

MRC-6 has Bromelain in it. Bromelain can trigger an allergic reaction for people who have allergies to grass, birch, and pineapple. I am allergic to grass and birch so I am going to stay away from the MRC-6.

The CortiTrim looks like it doesn't have any ingredients that would cause me any harm. So do you think it would be worth it to take the CortiTrim or just keep going on the program with no supplements?

Thanks!
Heather

I'd have to say that you might want to check with your doctor first. Because most supplements/herbal remedies have the potential for serious side effects, I simply didn't bother with the supplements--and I have lost nearly 40lbs just fine. It's up to each person (and their doctor) to determine what's best for them.

Also, I am too cheap to pay for supplements that may/may not work for me. ;)
