Supplements
 

I just was curious as far as the supplements go. Is there anything out in the market that can replace some of those? LIke the tomato one. Why I ask is I don't have a ton of money to put into supplements. I have bought some but not enough to do them for every meal.

are you referring to the HNS? Dietdirect.com has the drinks, and the soups. I know a couple other sites have been listed on this forum, but they are the company I use and they have always been great with prompt shipping.

As far as the pills, there are equivalent ones in health food stores/pharmacy's/walmart, whereever, EFA's, CoQ10, MVI, I'm not sure what you're all taking, but chances are you can find it somewhere else cheaper. Hayesclinic.com is where I get my KLB5 which is similar to the MRC6.

But again, I'm not going to a center anymore, I've paid my dues and put in my time there, so I'm doing it to how I can practically fit it into my life. If you're still going into the center, I know they try to get you to buy most of your supplements there, which does get old and expensive.. Hope that helps!

I do go to the center and I buy the MRC-6, the Corti Trim and the Fat anc Carb Blocker and that is it for pill form. I refuse anything else they want to give me.

I do buy the HNS clear drinks from them , most of the time. The drink you have with your meal.

I buy from Diet Direct and am very happy with them. They have the same product, only labeled in a different box, but same identical ingredients and amounts. I purchase the Powdered HNS drinks, as they sell a box of Variety, The Hot Chocolate drink, and I buy the variety box, and the bars, which I only use when I travel, and buy the variety box of those.

I take many vitamins and herbs but I do not buy from the Center. I buy from the health food store.
