I plan on starting back the MRC diet the Sunday after of Thanksgiving on my own. I just cannot afford to drive back and forth to the center and pay the cost right now. I was very successful before about 2 years ago and I have the entire diet. I was really looking for a support group and also information when I can buy the aftermarket chicken broth that taste like MRC. I only drink the pink-lemonaid powder drink and the orange concentrate HNS which I can order off line. The chicken broth help me relax at night but the ones online leave a bad taste in my mouth.
