Just a personal note

I am burping up fish oil like crazy today! My very first day I had this problem, but since I got the super coated ones and started freezing them I haven't really had an issue since. But today, boy oh boy!! Urp!!

Isn't it disgusting? I threw away 2 bottles of the "best" fish oil b/c of this. I now buy the EFA's from the center. The little bit more that they cost more than make up for it with me! I've never had ill effects from them.

I was pleasantly surprised by the center's EFAs - and bonus, they are not horse pills, they are rather small. Highly recommend them! One day burping fish is one day too much, I had that problem last week on some EFAs from a health-food store :dizzy:

Vitacost has strawberry fish oil. It really masks the burp odor.
