how do you count it??

if I make a recipe (like the cheesecake) but it only has 1/4 of a creamy supplement in it do you count that as your creamy for the day even though it doesn't equal an entire creamy?? some of these recipes are ridiculous that they only supply a partial supplement and then confuse me the rest of the day on how to get the rest of mine is, lol.. how do I include 3/4 of a supplement to make a whole?? or can I just have another creamy? I feel like that one in the cheesecake doesn't really count, lol.. anyway, just wanted your opinions on this, thanks!!

If it is 1/2 or more, I count it. If it is under 1/2, I have another one. I don't think 1.5 creamies, or .5 more HNS in a day will destroy you. However, just know that creamies are higher in carbs and calories...so maybe do the part of the creamy, then add a clear to round out your count for the day.

Yeah...that can be confusing. When I did cheesecake, I'd skip my creamy later in the day, but I'd drink a clear with it. So I'd end up with 5 full HNS and the partial that was in the cheesecake. I never wanted to short myself on HNS.
