Going to start back on mrc diet..without the center
 
I was very successful at losing weight with MRC...lost almost 90 lbs but unfortunately did not go through the maintenance portion...so have gained back all plus some...:mad: I am going to use some of the suggestion I found on here for hns drinks/bars and meal replacements. One time I thought I saw a homemade recipe for hns does anyone know what that was?

Look for the "maintainers" thread and do a private message to Meemo ... she's the one who always did it!
