Has anyone done Meta-Quick
 

Hi Everyone,
Was just wondering has anyone done the meta-quick menu? How well did it work for you? And how many HNS did you take total each day? I am starting it today and just wondering what I can expect as far as results. Trying to blow past the 50 pound mark and my counselor thought it would help me big time. Look forward to hearing what your experiences have been and I will let you know at the end of 7 days where I end up at.

I usually lost 5-7 lbs between the week of metaquick and the week after. It's always worked well for me. (normally, I'm about 1.5-2 a week)

I've always maxed out my HNS's and drink the premade shakes only.
