Hi everyone! I am wondering if anyone else uses the centers All Day Weight Loss-I use it and LOVE it. I am almost NEVER hungry OP as long as I am taking it. It also gives me energy. The problem is the before bedtime pills, when I take them I cant sleep and feel sooo gross and groggy. I finally quit them and just take the other 3 (before breakfast, lunch and supper) Has anyone else experianced this? Any suggestions? (I hate to waste a whole bottle of the suppliment!) Help! : )

I started taking my bedtime ones about an hour before I go to bed and it seems to help me sleep....sometimes!
