yes, very similar stats. Thanks for the encouragement!! I just started with the pre-conditioning and have a horrible headache today but that may be from the phentratrim (I have bad reactions to most meds). I am ready to do something... I ended up at the center because I had to buy a pair of pants for an interview this week and none of my business clothes fit. Ended up purchasing a 16W (OMG) and drove myself to the center. Of course I was already upset so by the time I weighed in and the poor guy was trying to talk to my I was blubbering... :( BUT it is a new day and I am looking forward to the weight loss and the work associated with the loss.
