How much MSM?
 

If anyone out there is taking MSM, could you let me know how much and how often? I'm on 1 per meal right now and the center said I should up to 3 per meal. I used to take the centers MSM, but now i'm taking another brand which is 1000 mg tablets. I'm trying to confirm how many mg 3 per meals would be.

When taking the centers MSM it was 500 mg per capsule. So if they were suggesting 3 per day, one at each meal. that would be 1500 mg per day. I am currently taking 1000 mg capsules and right now I am taking it 2 times per day. The one I bought through Supersupplements.com says that I could take 4 per day. That seems too much. But I just read last night that you cannot overdose on MSM. if you want to learn more about it go to...get msm . com

I take 2 at each meal (from the center). They are 500mg each.

can someone tell me what Guggul can be replaced with if you don't buy it from the MRC?
