Hello. Do any of you take the Guggul medication for carb cravings? Just got back from my center and they stated that if I took this, my carb cravings would be reduced greatly. Just wanted to get opinions before I make the purchase. If it works, then it's worth every penny to me!

My sister took guggul in the beginning and she didn't feel that it helped her. I don't know personally because I didn't take any of the supplements besides the HNS's and EFA's.
I have a hard time buying into what "they" recommend.
Hope you find something that does help with your cravings..I hate that feeling. BTW..Oddly enough my name is also Shanna. I've never met someone who shares my name who spells it the same as I do..Too cool-

I purchased the Guggul but will not do so again after this bottle is gone. I do not notice a difference from when I take it and when I do not.
