For the beige menu, do you do day 1-4 and 5-10

  • like you do before starting the green menu? or do you just start right off on the beige
  • You do day 1-10, it's not split up 1-4, 5-10.
  • Do you have the "starting" for the beige? I had the yellow, blue and green but since I gained so much more weight, I wanted to start with the beige. I did rejoin but the center is having me do a different one but I want to do the beige..arrrrgggg.
  • It's basically the same as the green but just 2oz additional of protein (so 6 instead of 4)
  • Oh ok, I thought maybe the days 1-10 were different. That sounds perfect. I am going to do days 1-10 and add the extra protein. I had lost 11.5lbs the first time I did Metabolic in the first 10 days!
