Losing appetite -- how do I keep eating?

I'm in the middle of my third week...I'm finally losing again (4 lbs last session). Now I'm at the point where I don't have cravings, but I've also lost my appetite and am having a really hard time eating my 3 meals and 3 snacks (meta-balance plan). It's a lot of food! Like tonight, I was home for my mid-pm snack but was out through dinner time. So, when I just got home now, I skipped dinner and went straight to my evening snack because there just no way I can eat that much food without feeling sick to my stomach.

So...any tips? I don't want the plan to stop working because I'm not following it exactly. Is this just an off week and the appetite will come back next week? Has this happened to anyone else?

If you're truly not hungry, try MetaQuick for a couple days (don't force yourself to eat). You do need to get enough calories in to keep your body going, so try not to skip things. Good luck.

That happened to me around that time, too. I was siiiick of chicken, for one thing! haha! I would eat what I could and move on. My appetite returned a week or so later. I also would eat things that were lighter (in volume), but with protein, like cheese or fish or my meal shake.
Good luck and congrats on your loss!
