So on week 3 of stabilzation you can add in fat free, sugar free frozen yogurt. Does anyone out there know who makes a fat free, sugar free frozen yogurt or where I can buy some...or even if it tastes half way decent???

I'd like to know the same thing, as I will be starting Week 3 of stabilization next week.

Eddy's brand has a few flavors of fat free, no sugar added. It's OK, not great, but OK. Walmart also sells the "great value" brand that comes in a fat free, no sugar form but I have not been able to find it, My girlfriend says it's wonderful.

My center said that Coldstone makes one, and you can get it packed to take home. I live in Walmart country and can not find their fat free, sugar free frozen yogurt..grrrrr

Pinkberry and Kuulture are two local froyo places that have it available.

I eat at TCBY; they have two fat free, sugar free options always.... then they usually have another one in the freezer. They always have chocolate fudge brownie, then the other is soft serve and that changes every other day. They are soooo good. I've never had one that I haven't loved. I don't know where you are, but you can go on their site and see if there is one locally.
