Holy cow...crazy week! On Sat. I went in and lost 3.5 (total of 8.5lb) which made me super happy, BUT now I've got this heinous cold and inflamed tastebuds (could this be from the supplements?) and gained 1.5 when I went in on Wed. Ugh-this weight loss deal is a crazy game!

Aww Bethy, I know you must feel upset about the gain. I am sorry you are sick. Are you feeling any better?

I saw somewhere that some medicines can affect your weight loss. Have you been taking any?

Just continue to drink a lot of water and hopefully it will come back off soon.
