cottage cheese. ARGH

I am not and have never been a fan of cottage cheese but decided I would try it in a recipe I made today and I dont know if I did something wrong or if that is just the way it tastes ..but..oh my goodness... I can't stand that stuff.


What do you feel like you just cant take a nother bite of?

I am with you - just not a fan of cottage cheese - would make things a lot easier!

I have one exception though - MRC Ranch Dressing - cottage cheese, packet of Hidden Valley dressing and water for consistancy - yum!

Maybe that is the answer - blend the cottage cheese with a tablespoon of Hidden Valley for taste and smoother texture?

I like to blend cottage cheese with the Proti Pineapple powder HNS, MRC used to carry it 3 years ago...I buy it on dietdirect, anyway I just sprinkle the HNS on the cottage cheese and blend with my hand blender then I add fresh pineapple cut up in tiny pieces...it is quite good...I also add any of the powder HNS to the 0% fat Fage greek yogurt blend and it is very good, creamy...I am on the MetaBalance menu which allows dairy.
