timing of meals and hns drinks working one overnight shift a week
 

I work one overnight a week. It's a Sat. night. So I sleep Friday night and then I maybe nap for an hour on Sunday morning, but usually wait until Sunday night to sleep again to stay on regular schedule. How do I manage everything??

Call your center, but you can definitely work it out. There used to be a nurse around here and I'm wondering who it was....can't remember. Definitely call your center and explain it. THey'll work it ya.
