Meta-slim plus level 2...what does that mean?
 

I'm new to MRC and I know my menu sheet is white. I don't understand this stuff!! They didn't tell me how long I'd be on this menu or anything like that...anyone know? Is there anything I can do so I don't have to pee so much??

Have you gone to your food instruction class? They explain these things in there. I'm not familiar with a white menu.

It's not a white level...they just didn't copy it on colored paper. I've never had a colored menu...all of mine are white. Meta-slim plus level 2 is the name of the menu you're on. It's just the center's way of identifying it. Makes no difference to you at all...just eat whats on the paper :)

I've always had a colored sheet. Wonder why your center doesn't color code theirs?

Mine wasn't color coded either.. They told me I'd be on this menu until I was under 200lbs..

The only WHITE menu I have been on was preconditioning, then to BEIGE, and now on GREEN. Color coding is nice when we make references to our plans on this site, so I am glad most centers color code.

If you have questions, ASK YOUR CENTER. You are paying for their expertise and it doesn't sound like they have done their job very well.

Then you can always come back here and see if people here respond to issues comparable to what your center instructs. Remember, you get lots of OPINIONS here that may or may not be entirely accurate.

I was on the white menu until I hit 250 and then they switched me to the beige menu which is just simply Meta Slim Plus. The only difference between the two is on the beige one you don't get that afternoon snack but you can still have the HNS's for your snacks.
