stabilization after metabalance

How does stabilization after metabalance differ from the stab. you follow after meta-slim (green menu) ? You are already eating 2 fruits and 2 dairy on metabalance, so I was just wondering what you add on and when? Thanks :0

hey glad you asked that question. I just switched from meta slim to meta balance to lose the last few pounds and i would kind of like to know this too. Maybe they just add on more stuff??

Cheers!

I am in the same shoes as you Ronnie!

Someone who's been on Meta-Balance please answer!

Today I went to my center and asked about stabilization after Meta-Balance. My counselor told me that because Meta-Balance is a caloric based menu (as Meta-Slim green menu is not), they increase your calories (Ronnie you were correct). She also told me that it is shorter than the 6 week stabilization. It's only 4 weeks. I'm so thankful that I will not have to go back to the 6 week stabilization.

I'll keep you posted.
