I so relate to what you've written. Taking the sugar and caffeine out--you just can't imagine how much better you feel ONCE YOU GET THROUGH IT....which is really hard. The best part for me is/was....you might get hungry but it's not that urgency of "I have to eat something right now or I will get shaky so I'll just grab the first thing I can.....which generally isn't good" Can you relate?

I found it on my own. I am not drinking this now, but it will be a healthy option in the future. V8 Fusion Light Aqai Berry One 8oz glass =1/4 c veggies 1/4 c fruit. 50 cal. 35mg sodium, 13g carbs. ,10g sugar. The drawback is no fiber but I'm thinking I could put in a scoop of metamucil or something. The regular V8 fusion = 1/2c veggie 1/2c fruit but the sugar and carbs are higher. Again, this is not on the MRC plan,...but is an option for later down the line.

Hey Onion Girl.....I was just like you. I thought I was going to choke on all of the veggies. I am doing better now on maintenance, but while OP I did the veggie powder for lunch every day and it made the difference for me in sticking with the program. Good luck and welcome.

You should really try fresh aspagus (sp?) - cook on stove with little bit of PAM and spray butter - yum! Also - 4 oz cooked is sometimes easier to get in then 8 oz fresh. Cucumbers are 'heavy' - so helps in salads etc.
