I am doing it!!!
Yesterday I did 30 minutes of walking (outside), jump rope (100 jumps), jumping jacks (50), walking lunges (didn't count them - but it was enough to make me sore today!), the crunches and 15 push-ups. I HATE push-ups and can only do "girl" push-ups, but I did them! |

nnnmom....you're doing great. I didn't get a chance to post last night due to this storm messing with my internet, but today is my off/free day. If you have time today you can do cardio 20-30 min and abs work just like monday. That is what will be assigned tomorrow. You could do it today and have tomorrow off if that works better for your schedule.
