I made my goal.:D I'm in stabilization and they gave me my before and after pictures. It's funny that you don't feel you've lost much until you put your before and after pictures side by side. I feel this was the easy part. Maintaining it is the hard part and I'm scared!!

Congratulations!!! That is AWESOME! I felt scared just like you when I got to stabilization....but now I'm to maintenace. It is scary but gets less so. I try to stick to stabilization program MOST of the time--but am enjoying the increased flexibility now. We've learned the lessons....just need to keep them going.
