Just Joined is this plan the same as Metaslim. Confussed?
 

I just joined the MBR in Omaha. I have heard a lot of people talk about people's success with it. Was suprised when i went into the center it was a group of "young adults" basically running it. Get my meal plan on Friday. Went in last week to get measured but no one was aval. even though i called ahead of time? I hope this is not a gimic? On Friday will they try to push buying all the pills supplements?

this plan is MRC (not MBR) -- Metabolic Research Center, which his not a gimmick, although it appears that some centers are much more helpful, more knowledgeable, and more accommodating than others. You are not required to purchase any of the supplements, pills, except that you do need the HNS, high nutrition supplements (puddings, drinks, shakes, bars). Those are necessary.
