Out of drinks what can I use...
 

I am out of the HNS, what can I buy locally and use until my order gets here in 5 days? Any suggesstions? thanks, Adrienne

Someone on the boards said muscle milk.. In fact I got some tonight at Wal Mart.. You could give it a try, I got the 100 calorie chocolate one.. I hope it doesn't suck..

Make sure that you get the light Muscle Milk. The regular has a lot of calories. I like the chocolate. I know they have Vanilla too, but I haven't tried it yet.

Check out Whey protein shakes.

I ended up buying a product at GNC from Biggest looser. It us 40cal. 5gm fiber. I need to look at the protein. I will try muscle milk but isn't that considered a "creamie"?

I bought the vanilla yesterday...I would not recommend it. I haven't tried the chocolate though.

I like the chocolate :) I bought some extracts to mix in with the vanilla.

I really did think they were a sub for creamies. That is what I have been using them for, so only 1 a day.

I am at this very moment enjoying a 100 calorie chocolate muscle milk and I think it is quite yummy!

Ronnie I bought the Vanilla and they were pretty good. I am going to have one with dinner tonight. I will use it to replace creamie. Mmm I like it and the cap is reusable because 1 serving is 8 oz. so I can only use half the box. I found the biggest looser for clears, one is 40 cal. and 6gm of protien, no fat. Will have a few on hand. My order arrived today from dietdirect.com.

Oh crap, I didn't even think about the size of the drink! I drank the whole thing. Now maybe this is why I saw a gain yesterday at WI?? Well heck it was good anyway! LOL

Please clarify for me where you buy the muscle milk and is it considered a creamy or clear? Someone mentioned Walmart but where? Is it near the bars and diet product?

I use it as a creamy, but I know a lot of people use it as a clear. I get it at Walmart by the protein bars/vitamins. Just be careful. There is the regular and the 100 cal. Get the 100 cal. I get little boxes like Milk/juice boxes. 1 whole one is 100 cal.
