How do I unsubscribe from posts?
 

Love this site and check frequently but e-mail notifications are getting too much. How do I unsubscribe?

well there are a few options. all options are began by the same process. While logged in up toward the top on the purple bar click User CP. Your subscriptions are there. If it is only a few scroll down to view all subsribed threads and all your subscriptions will be there. This is when you have options. toward the bottom of the box there is a pull down menu for selected threads. In the list you can change all your subsriptions to getting them daily weekly or to delete them. check the boxes next to the subscription and change in that pull down menu if you want it deleted or change how often you get them emailed to you.
Oh and i just noticed in that pull down menu there is also a place for no email notification.
