Looking For a Menu

I lost a lot of weight with Metabolic years ago, but never hit my goal before dropping and gaining every pound back. That said, it was still the most effective means to weight loss I have ever experienced. I would like to do MRC again, but I have moved, and closest center to me is over 60 miles away. so I will be following as closely as possible from memory. I have 215lbs to lose, and I am just starting.
Does anyone have a menu that would benefit me? I do not remember the color of the menu I was on but it was for ppl over 250lbs. Anyone? I would love the opportunity to follow this program again.
