Signed the 30 Pound Board :-)
 

Yesterday I signed the 30 pound board and I am so excited!! :) I am actually 33 pounds down and a total of 31 inches at the time I was last measured. I hit a plateau on the "scale" for about a month and got pretty down. Luckily my Counselor at MRC took full measurements and I had continued to loose inches and Fat Mass. Great to see my results moving forward again on all fronts. Pretty soon I will be saying goodbye to the 190s!!!

Congrats! Hitting a plateau can be hard to get past, but seeing that you still lose inches definitely helps get through the next one that happens to come by.
