Whats a good replacement supplement for the MRC6? And where do u get it, I really liked it when I was going threw the center also I liked the ALL DAY pk they offer? Thanks Yall

I use the NOW brand Cider Vinegar Diet Formula. It is almost the same as MRC-6 except it has Chromium in it and instead of Bromelain(which is a pineapple enzyme) it has Grapefruit in it. I know I have seen people in other threads mention it as well. It saves me $40 over 2 months!

When I started I did the All Day Formula and then I quit taking it at the end of December and I have been losing as fast if not faster than I was when taking it. It was $75 a month, so I decided to see what happened without it to save some money. I never did find a replacement for it. If you find one, let me know, but I have had results without using and did not notice a drop in energy level or hunger.

My hunger comes in the afternoon after work :( so u like the Cider Vinegar Diet? does it seam to work for u?

I do like the replacement MRC-6 and have recommended it to friends who are looking for cheaper alternatives. I took my MRC bottle to Vitamins Plus(inside Drug Emporium, if you have those) and compared labels of everything. I ended up finding a replacement to Total Woman Oil - it is the NOW brand Omega 3-6-9 it has the same things in the same amounts!

The program works, but after you spend so much money on HNS's I don't see a problem with using less expensive alternative pills! :)

I have been losing an average of over 2.5 pounds a week - last week I lost 5.5, so I would say the Cider Vinegar Diet Formula is working like MRC-6!

I wonder if New Seasons carries the Cider Vinegar diet.. I have seen the now products there.. I guess I should go find out..

Thank you! Yes I am pretty close.. I am trying to get the body fat % down so I can to to stablizeation. I have had a few issues with eating off plan this last month or so, otherwise I would have been there way before now, but I am working on it.. Thanks for noticing!:D

I use the Lechithin from Vitamin Shoppe. Very similar and it's only 5.99 a bottle.
