I've been struggling the last few months. I do so great during the week, but tend to fall off on the weekends.. Not full blown cheats, but just not drinking the water, taking my vitamins or drinking the supplements. I work so much during the week, that I want to have fun and be with my daughter. We tend to eat out more. I'm struggling with making smart choices in restuarants. I want to order the chicken/veggies or a salad when I'm driving there, but when I get there I end up ordering something not as good.. I think it's mostly a mental problem with me. I know what I should do but just can't seem to do it when I get there.. I have still been loosing, but not as much as I could. I need to get this under control..
