men's program menu..help

Hi there! I finally activated my account here, I've been lurking for months. I recently reached goal with MRC, lost 70 lbs so far, and still have another 10 to go to get to my personal goal..starting stabilization at the end of january. My husband would really like to give the program a try, but frankly, doesn't want to have to weigh in, and pay to do so. I can buy us the protein drinks, we just need to know what he can and can't have on the men's menu. Does anyone have the men's menu's they would be willing to share? I would greatly appreciate it!! Thank you!! Miley:)

Great job Miley - what an accomplishment! I'm working on losing about that much as well. I thought I had read previously the menu's were the same - ? There are some fella's on the site so I'm sure they can confirm that for you. Hope the last 10 lbs comes off in a jiffy....

Hi,
My BF is on the program as well and the menus are the same. He started at a higher weight than me and has 2 ounces of snack instead of my one, but, that's the only difference in the menu. Also, he takes Fish oil and I take Flax.

Just a little FYI, he may lose weight twice as fast as you. My BF started the program 2 weeks behind me and has lost over 100 lbs. and I'm almost to 50.

For me the twice a week weighin's are what keep me motivated and on track. If he doesn't need that, then reducing food intake, cutting out carbs, increasing exercise, etc. should do the trick. The problem IMO is the peronsal respondsibility. I've learned that "sneaking a little snack can't hurt anything" but it does and takes three days to get back into weight loss mode. I will agree, we are a minority at MRC.

Hubby was on plan the same time i was last time...and his menu was the same as mine. No changes at all. We weighed about the same so there wasn't even any adjusting for his weight. Tell him good luck!
