No. I don't think any heartburn I have had is due to the diet. For me I get those issues when I am: 1. excited, and 2. coupled with certain food. I know you said you were excited and/or anxious about getting started, so just perhaps that is the issue. Calm down, slow down, relax and hopefully this will resolve itself. Since I do have a history of stomach issues though, I highly recommend probiotics. Natren's Healthy Trinity is amazing and I believe even assists with weight loss. Hope this straightens up for you!
