Why do you care about MRC if you are successful on HCG? I have considered HCG? Where are you getting it. I would be afraid of not getting a quality product. I have been on MRC for 53 days and have lost 28 lbs. I like the plan -- get to eat a lot, but strict as to what I have. High protein, low carbs. But I am satisfied and it seems pretty effortless. Keep in mind though that I have a lot to lose (100+ lbs).
Here is a quick look at my day:
BREAKFAST
2 eggs, low cal toast (cinnamon toast)
high nutrition supplement
LUNCH
6 oz lean meat protein
4 oz cooked vegetables, or 8 oz raw
piece of fruit
1 or 2 high nutrition supplement
DINNER
6 oz lean meat protein
4 oz cooked vegetables, or 8 oz raw
piece of toast
high nutrition supplement
64-100 oz of water daily
