Why not use the capuccino and put some of sugar free coffee flavorings like they add at starbucks in it? Or, use a vanilla shake, make it with decaf coffee and add the sugar free coconut flavoring to it? I think they make sugar free "almond joy" flavoring. The best selections I've found are at a restaurant supply store like Cash & Carry.

TRUVIA is a ZERO calorie natural sweetner that you can now purchase in grocery stores made from the stevia herb plant. A packet of it on some cinnamon toast replaces sugar very nicely. Be careful though -- it is actually sweeter in taste than sugar.
There is also the soda pop called ZEVIA made from the stevia plant that has ZERO calories that is pretty tastey. I like the ginger ale, but there are other flavors -- cola, orange, root beer . . . You likely have to find this in a health food store though. |

and if i may be honest, and fully admit my biggest weakness and shortcoming: i have not been able to completely give up coffee. *hangs head in shame* i have maybe a cup or two per week, although last week was ridiculous because of all the driving at random hours of the night and morning to get to and from the hospital. judge me kindly! :P |

Since I bootleg all my supplements I mix a little Calorie Countdown Low Carb milk with a half scoop vanilla protein powder and a half a packet of Truvia. I have mini blender so it gets all frothy like a cappuccino. Personally, I never had a problem losing weight doing this and thankfully b/c I must have that coffee!!!!!!!!!! |
Just FYI Carb Master yogurt at Kroger (Dillans, Safeway) are great, they even have a chi vanilla latte flavor.
