Just joined
I just joined MRC on Monday 09/21/09 I started out with the supplements Total Woman, Phentratrim, MRC-6 and MSM. I go on Friday for my first class and meal plan. Did I start out with too many supplements? I'm not sure if this is the pre-conditioning that I am in now. I have noticed I have already lost some inches. I can tell in my abdomen and face. I weighed 284 on my intake Monday and I am trying to get to 150. Any advice or helpful hints from anyone? |
