Weight up, Weight down, Weight up

OK, I am very frustrated, last week I lose weight, this week I follow plan and I am up again. I am within 5 lbs of reaching stabilization and it seems like everytime I get close I gain weight and I am following the plan better than ever. Which really makes me wonder what will happen when they start adding stuff back, I know that they do this slowly but what if everything just makes you gain?

I feel your pain. I've been within 11 pounds of my goal weight for almost 2 weeks and I keep fighting with one pound. First I'll gain, then I'll lose it, it's hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel when I feel like something is pulling on me in the other direction. I'm nervous to see how it works with stabilization. Good luck to you, hang in there!

You are so close. Your body is hanging on to that last little bit like the devil . Have you had the talk with your body that you are supposed to be on the same team? I have but it doesn't work and everyone looks at you funny. You will prevail!

I am in the same boat as you. They told me to ramp up my walking by walking 2 min. at my normal speed and then speed up for 1 min. and then repeat for the 30 min. I hope it works. Good Luck

OK, the real funny thing is that I went to put on pants that I just purchased and they are way too big (YEAH) it is so funny that my weight was up a pound but my body shows smaller. This is the weirdest program. I am hanging in there!
