yeah the sodium things always gets me. their chicken bouillon has a LOT of sodium, when i asked about it they told me regular soup has more. but the chicken bouillon has 480 and the creamy tomato has almost 700. i wonder if the pills (seem to have some caffine)and the sodium content of those are the reason they tell you to cut back. if you have a bouillon and a tomato that is over 1000 a day of sodium.


just went and looked a The US sodium RDA of less than 2400 mg
