Hi, i need support because I am not getting it at either of the two clinics close to me. I have lost 43 lbs this year. 30 on MRC. I have 27 more to go. The last 10 lbs have taken 6 weeks to get off. I am in Colorado.

Hi everyone! I am new to posting, but have been reading these boards for a while now. Last night was my stabilization celebration, but I still am not at goal weight. I have been doing MRC since January and have lost 25 lbs. I am at 135 now and want to be at 130. Anyone move to stabilization and continue to lose those last stubborn pounds? Any tips of what I should cut out?-- I've read cheese, cottage cheese, beef... I'm scared to start adding in carbs at lunch since it will take me out of ketosis.
Just wanted to mention too that Chromium and Guggul have done wonders for cutting my cravings for sweets & chips.

Wow truth teller....who picked your goal? I am 5'9" and they say I should be between 150 and 165. I can't imagine that you being only half an inch shorter than me should be that low. Maybe they gavev me the wrong goal #.

Anyway....I have read about your frustrations. I'm so sorry that you are going thru this. The best advice I can give you is to keep working this lifestyle. How much exercise are you doin? I was told that you cannot do too much or it will slow weight loss because we do not get enough calories to support alot of exercise. They actually watch my time and tell me to stop or slow down.

I am in the Fort Collins center and the ladies have their moments and many of them are new, but in general they are good. Are you close???

Welcome to all of you newcomers! Best of luck on your journey!

I do have a question...I'm down 30 pounds and now it seems I've stalled on a plateau again. I'm averaging about 10 pounds a month. How frequently do you plateau? I've got about 20 pounds left and now that i'm on the downhill side of things I cannot get there fast enough!

Welcome Williams2009, are you following MRC or another plan? We're a great group here and always glad to answer questions if we can. Tell us a little more about your situation and we'll try to help if we can :0)

My original goal was 146 bu they told me after I lost 30 lbs that my fat % was nearly 40% (although my BMI is 23.6 and that my weight goal should be 133. I feel so stuck right now my original goal feels unattainable. I was slender most of my life so the 130's would not be too low for me, but I just don't know what to do anymore. Because the MRC program stopped working for me (at 160) on so many levels. I hate feeling so let down and hurt.

This is exactly my situation. I am down 30 lbs with MRC and 13 lbs before that on my own. I did the program impeccably for weeks and could not break 160. I kind of gave up last week and realize tha t s dangerous. The clinic accused me twice of cheating lying about it, that was the only reason I could possibly be stuck. I felt so angry.

Hi ladies,

well as promised in August today is my restart day. I'm on pre-conditioning and doing pretty good...

I want to eat but I'm not really hungry....

I have had 10 oz of diet pepsi so far today (a lot less than the 70 odd oz that I had yesterday)...

Well check in...let me know how you made out!! :)

Welcome Baaack, Shelby
I hope you had a wonderful summer. I keep meaning to PM you and see how you are doing but I get caught up in reading the new threads and posts and forget. I've been plugging along and am trying Stabilization for the second time. Jacquie put me on when I still had 8 lbs to go and I stalled for 2 weeks, went back to the green menu and lost 5 lbs, now in week 2 again and seem to be stalled again. I think I will just continue on with stabilization as I do not want to lose too much more. What I really need to do now is continue to exercise and tone up. Glad to have you back. jeanette
